Official Rules and Regulations for KW Hudson Valley & Upstate Team Free Home Inspection with HomeTeam Inspection Services Giveaway

Eligibility: To be eligible for KW Hudson Valley & Upstate Team Giveaway, participants must adhere to the following rules:

1. Entry Period:

   • The promotion will run from November 1st, 2024-January 31st, 2025. All entries must be submitted within this timeframe.
     
     

2. Value Limitation:

   • The total value of the giveaway prize, consisting of Free Home Inspection with HomeTeam Inspection Services. Total value will not exceed $1,000.
     
     

3. Entry Options:

   • Participants can enter the giveaway by completing KW Hudson Valley & Upstate Team’s Facebook form and/or the website form. Each completed form submission equals one entry. Participants can receive up to two entries by filling out both forms.
     
     

4. Bonus Entries:

   • Participants can earn additional entries by scheduling an appointment with KW Hudson Valley & Upstate Team via the website. A scheduled appointment will result in an extra two entries, allowing participants to accumulate a total of four entries.
     
     

5. Winner Selection:

   • Only one winner will be chosen from the pool of eligible entries. The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by KW Hudson Valley & Upstate Team.
     
     

6. Winner Notification:

   • The selected winner will be notified via the contact information provided during the entry process. The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification to claim the prize.
     
     

7. Gift Distribution:

8. Redemption Deadline:

9. Eligibility:
   • Real Estate Agents are not eligible to win.
     
     

10. Disqualification:

    • KW Hudson Valley & Upstate Team reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to comply with the rules or provides false or misleading information.
      
      

11. Modification or Termination:

    • KW Hudson Valley & Upstate Team reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time, for any reason, without notice.
